A Repressive State… The Expected Description of Britain by the Muslim Brothers

The ideological and organizational structure of the Muslim Brotherhood has not changed since its inception in dubious circumstances in the twenties of the last century. It exceeded every reasonable thinking in relation to a “political” group. It kept the same literature in periods that shook the world, like the Second World War, the Cold War, the fall of the Soviet Union and the “Arab Spring.” This is proof that it is an arrogant movement that qualifies those who criticize it and fight its terrorism with endless intimidating adjectives, which is the reaction expected about Britain, which was finally convinced that the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist movement.
There are no descriptions of the behavior of the Muslim Brotherhood towards a recent report of the British government, as well as the criticism that preceded it or coincided with it of the behavior of the elements of this group, except stubbornness, intolerance arrogance and self-love. But this is not surprising from a group that, since its founding, has raised its members to absolute obedience and therefore, there is no room for reasoning or thinking rationally about what is being said, and there is no opportunity to hear or discuss any “remarks” or criticism, even if it was from “close ones.”
Throughout the history of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group, it did not exercise any kind of self-criticism, and did not listen to its critics and opponents, and shielded itself behind ready “recipes” by accusing its opponents of a long series of accusations and slanders. But it did not read the charges it is accused with very well, and the evidence surrounding it that links it to terrorist organizations, which cannot be denied even by the most sympathetic to the group and its ideology.
The last readings to the thought of the Muslim Brotherhood and its behavioral practices came from a country that has always been classified as a safe haven for the leaders of the group and its members, as London nursed them for a long time, and they stayed for long years, influenced many of the aspects of life and left their fingerprints on the Da’wah in London and all the cities of Britain. Not only that, as there is a cryptic record discussed in political literature on the Muslim Brotherhood secret relations with Britain since the founding of the group. But that shared history with Britain did not stir any thought of the group and its leaders and did not drive them to re-examine the accusations leveled at them, which were accompanied by clear clues, and the doubts raised around them about their relationship with terrorist organizations and the role of the group in the dissemination of extremist ideology in the world, as the main source of this thought for long decades ago before the emergence of these organizations and groups that educate their leaders and most of their elements in the headquarters of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group in various Arab and Islamic countries.
Muslim Brotherhood movement shielded itself behind ready recipes by accusing its opponents of a long series of accusations and slanders
The Muslim Brotherhood did not seem to think that Britain can issue a report condemning its thought and behavior, not because this thought is innocent from terrorism, but because they bet on networks of relationships and interests, which they thought would prevent any acknowledgement to the shameful past and present of the group and its role in the world’s suffering from successive waves of terrorism.
The group’s leaders did not realize the danger impending on the host States themselves, threatening the stability and security of their citizens, which makes it difficult to continue to cover up the suppliers of extremist ideology to the West communities and to its major host in these societies. Terrorism has become a real strategic threat to the national security of Western countries, and silence is no longer an option for Western governments, and covering up the “banned” organization and using it politically is of no use after it has become a threat to life in its host communities.
The Muslim Brotherhood group was not aware of these variables and did not read the international scene in recent years, as usual. It sticks to stubbornness and arrogance and refrains from rationally considering what others are saying. What confirms this is that this group did not consider, even for a moment, historical events that deserve careful study. For instance, it did not take notice of the causes of its sweeping rejection by the Egyptian people, after Egyptians have given it their confidence electorally. It did not stop at the motives of this radical change in attitudes and popular trends in too short a time, and rested on the idea of conspiracy against it, even though it is aware of its mistakes, as they are so obvious, and are recognized by sympathizers and allies who abandoned the organization because they were bored by the rigidity of thought of the group and its leaders.
The problem of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group and other groups and organizations that mix religion and politics, is isolation and dogmatic thinking. They educate and train their members since childhood on a particular approach that denies critical thinking and rejects personal creativity, especially in terms of thought. The group’s Guide (or Murshid) is the only inspiring figure and grand master, and the books of the founder Hassan al-Banna and of the extremist ideology theoretician Sayyid Qutb are considered a reference, and put in a position that is parallel to the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet. Therefore, there is no room at all to interact with any thought that comes from outside the closed group. Indeed, any “external” thought is considered with exaggerated caution and severe apprehension, as it is considered to be designed to “penetrate” the group and undermine its “purity”.
Based on the foregoing, it is not surprising that the “terrorist” group would face the recently released British government report, which linked the group to terrorism in a way that rejects any doubts, with a frenzied campaign against Britain and some GCC countries, and by repeating a long series of accusations people have been fed up with because of their frequent recurrence, without taking the time to reflect on its practices, ideas and behaviors, and without getting rid of inertia and stupid imitation that cause it to commit frequent errors continuously.
